Meet Our Founder: A Passion for Community and Family

When I’m not overseeing projects or mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs, I cherish spending time with my three children—aged 20, 14, and 10. They are my greatest motivation and the driving force behind everything we do at Simplistico Management Group. They inspire me to continue building projects that will not only shape our community today but will also create lasting opportunities for future generations.

Our Journey: From Entrepreneurial Spirit to Community Builder

Born and raised in the vibrant south side of Syracuse, I am proud to be a second-generation Latino with deep ties to the local community. My entrepreneurial spirit was ignited early on, delivering papers for the Syracuse Post Standard as a child.  In 2017, I founded Simplistico Management Group to provide the Central New York (CNY) region with high-quality construction and manufacturing services, while also giving back to the community that shaped me.

Over the years, we have successfully completed several homes in the CNY area, including a property currently on the market, as well as notable turnkey projects such as the Syracuse University eGaming center. Each project reflects our commitment to excellence, innovation, and community growth.

With a Business degree (finance concentration) from St. John Fisher University and an MBA in Accounting from Syracuse University, I bring a solid academic and professional background to Simplistico Management Group. I have managed over $1 billion in federal government contracts, applying tools such as Earned Value Management (EVM) and Estimate at Completion (EAC) to ensure financial success and project efficiency.

My experience in both manufacturing and construction gives Simplistico the ability to take on complex design-build projects, streamlining processes and delivering high-quality results. We use lean construction principles to improve quality, reduce costs, and optimize workflows, ensuring that every project is completed with efficiency and precision.
